The First Black Royal

Who would have thought that the “most sought after bachelor in Europe” Prince Harry would be getting married and not just to any girl but the bi-racial beautiful American actress Meghan Markle, the first black woman to be in the royal family. It has come as a shock to many people around the world who thought that their relationship wouldn’t be that serious and were actually hoping for a break-up. Let’s face it, not everything in life is written in stone, the excitement of their engagement and wedding announcement has turned the whole world’s attention on these two and they are ecstatic. Black communities all over the world have also shown support and are proud of these two beautiful couples especially Meghan who is being said to represent them actively all over the world. The release of their engagement photos which was taken by the photographer Alexi Lubomirski at Frogmore house near Windsor Castle, has shown how in love these two are and it’s not stopping there but the tradition of boxing day shooting spree that Prince Harry always participated in for the past 21 years with the royal family will have to be without one member as he would be having the ceremony with his fiancée Meghan Markle so as not to hurt her feeling over the shooting as she is a fierce animal rights activist. They would be spending their Christmas with the Queen of Sandringham. The couples stunning two engagement photos were released on the 21st of December, 2017 prior to their wedding ceremony which will be held on the 19th of May, 2018 at the St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.
